We celebrated National Wear Red Day the only way we knew how – in style. The American Heart Association hosted their Go Red for Women luncheon in Downtown Dallas today at the Omni Hotel. And our own Dr. Penchan was lucky enough to be in attendance.

But, Dr. Penchan did a lot more than just attend. She and her sister, Rebecca Smith, also helped fundraise for The American Red Cross prior to the event.

Over 1,200 women came out in red to support the great cause. Shark Tank’s Lori Greiner acted as the event’s keynote speaker. The luncheon also included an auction with items like this playhouse.

This fun event proved how important it is to support causes promoting healthy living. And, we love being a part of a community that is so passionate about health!
